Barnfox Barre Class

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

This in-person 45 minute class in Barnfox Kingston will be led by Dani Frank, a classically trained barre teacher and 200hr RYT. She received her certification in 2018 and teaches classes that are beat-based and focus on compound exercises paired with bands and props to keep her students on their toes (literally and figuratively!). With every class that Dani teaches, her goal is to help her students move freely, clear their minds, and work up a sweat, all set to a killer playlist.

We ask those attending to bring their own yoga mat, towel, and (not required but recommended)1-3 lb light weights and resistance bands. Barnfox has filtered drinking water, tall and short chairs, and a large bar/counter space (perfect for barre) all onsite.

Masks are required and the class will be capped at 12 people so everyone can be a safe distance apart. We maintain daily sanitation of the space, wiping down all surfaces throughout, have the space professionally cleaned, and have 15 windows we can open. Our air ventilation units are equipped with hepa filters responsible for capturing and filtering out 99.97% of particles in the air.
