Aberlin Springs is a unique community concept, surrounded by farmland. This region’s first agri-community offers a beautiful setting for painters to capture the moment. En Plein Air is a French expression meaning “in the open air” and refers to the act of painting outdoors with the artist immersed in the natural setting.

Beginning at 4:00 p.m., the Arts Alliance will showcase a wet paint sale, where guests and residents may purchase those paintings created that day. Artists are required to supply their own easels for the wet paint sale.

People’s Choice Artists awards will include 1st prize: one night’s stay at the Aberlin Springs Chalet, a $130 value, 2nd prize is a Aberlin Springs Farmers’ Market produce bag, valued at $50.00, and 3rd prize is a Aberlin Springs Farmers’ Market produce bag, valued at $25.00.
