This course is for established baristas, working for 12 month or more with an espresso machine, looking to further their career to Head Barista / manager level through a deeper understanding of coffee and brewing techniques.
Successful candidates should have a detailed understanding of their ingredients and of the techniques available to maximise the quality of the drinks made. They should be able to manage the skills of others to produce quality drinks and provide excellent customer service. They should be able to maintain their equipment to ensure continued quality.
