Larry's Coffee Presents a three hour course on Barista Skill Development. It is the forth class of our four-part Barista Basic Series. This course is designed as a series of guided experiments to practice troubleshooting and culitvating basic barista skills.
Basic barista training is provided to both our wholesale accounts and to the public.
Please note: For wholesale customers, the class is free of charge. However, space is limited and we do require a class reservation fee of $25 per attendee. Wholesale customers will be refunded based on attendance. A check will be mailed within 2 business days. If you chose to cancel, you may do so for a full refund by 12 P.M. on the Monday before your scheduled class. Please email email@example.com for cancellation notifications. For the General Public, the modest fee of $25 stands regardless of attendance status.

We will cover:
1- Identify the main sensory aspects of brewing
2- List the five essential elements of brewing, correlated to the unique properties of a pour over brewer
3- Obtain a working knowledge of the three main stages of the pour over process
4- Understand the requirements for optimal extraction
5- Understand and be able to describe the working parts of the pour over used in class
