Barcamp Kumasi 2015 is a free networking forum bringing people together for a day of discussion, demos and dialogue on Kumasi, Ghana and beyond. It takes place on November 7 at the College of Science Auditorium in KNUST. The theme for this year is "Sustainable Entrepreneurial Practices". This Barcamp hopes to assemble stakeholders to network, build a supportive enterprising community and partner to build together. Sampson Deklu, the coordinator, said: “I am looking forward to meet young people ready to implement sustainable practices which would bring national development”.
The GhanaThink Foundation has successfully organized 50 BarCamps in Ghana. BarCamp Kumasi 2015 will focus on arming participants with information on sustainable entrepreneurial practices. The 6th Barcamp in Kumasi continues to our network of changemakers, doers and entrepreneurs via the Barcamp Ghana program. Kofi Yeboah, Barcamp Ghana Lead, says, “Barcamp Kumasi 2015 is going to be a forum to learn strategies relevant for building sustainable businesses”
As usual, we will have multiple user-generated breakout sessions about topics relevant to the Ashanti Region and beyond. Our speed mentoring session will help participants gain insights and answers to questions.
