BarCamp Ada 2017 is a free networking forum bringing people together for learning, sharing, networking and mentoring. It takes place on June 24th at the Ada-Foah RC Parish Hall. The theme for this year is Professionalism, Innovation and Competence.” 

BarCamp Ada 2017 will be the first of its kind. It is being organized by the Verdant Global in conjunction with the GhanaThink Foundation.GhanaThink has successfully organized 70 BarCamps in Ghana as part of its Barcamp Ghana program since 2008 and 7 Affiliate Barcamps. Barcamp Ghana is building a network of changemakers, doers and entrepreneurs.

The Barcamp will feature multiple user-generated breakout sessions and speed mentoring session where mentors will give insights and answers to questions from attendees. Some of the confirmed resource personnel include  Isaac Adjaottor(Social Entrep), Divine Pupulampu(Stimuluz), Samuel Mensah (Zoe Development Foundation), Dede Teiko (Verdant Global), Gabriel Teye-Nomotsu Ali, Ato Ulzen-Appiah (Ghana Think Foundation), Duncan Elikplim Gabblah(Elirit Farms), Ayidzi Philip Kojo(Paid Klodin).
