Barbecoa Wine Club Dinner with Franz Haas - 26 October 2017 at 6.30pm

Join us at Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa in Piccadilly for an exclusive wine club dinner, hosted by expert winemaker Andi Punter, from Italian winemaker Franz Haas. This is a unique opportunity to attend a tasting in partnership with one of our favourite and most specialised producers, while enjoying a delicious four-course dinner in our iconic private dining room, complete with perfectly paired wines. Andi and our team of sommeliers will be on hand to answer your questions as you sip your way through the best that northern Italy has to offer. What better way to spend an evening?

This event will take place at Barbecoa Piccadilly on Thursday 26 October 2017. Please arrive at 6:30pm for a 7pm start. Tickets cost £75 per person and include four courses, served alongside paired wines (including VAT and service). Alternative dishes are available for vegetarians, food intolerances and allergies. About Franz Haas Winery

Franz Haas is a winery based in Trentino-Alto Adige, a region in northern Italy bordering Switzerland and Austria. Founded in 1880 and spanning over seven generations, the Franz Haas Winery has always been recognised as a great enthusiast and cultivator of the most difficult vine to harvest – Pinot Nero. They go to tremendous lengths to grow good grapes, then strive to preserve the flavours of the fruit during winemaking. As a result, the wine they produce is infused with great character and shows a rare purity and balance on the palate.

Another detail that makes Franz Haas stand out is the collaboration with the artist Riccardo Schweizer, who has designed the iconic labels for the last 20 years. He has painted together with Picasso, Chagall, Cocteau, Paul Éluard and Le Corbusier.
