Ladies and Gentlemen we are so happy to announce our inaugural Bar Food Blowout on October 8th in Brooklyn at Pork Slope. We are teaming with some of our favorite food-slinging friends, Dale, John & Dave for a Fall & Winter series of bringing in our favorite chefs to cook their take on Bar Food. Our first chef is none other than Robby Cook, head sushi chef of Morimoto NYC, bringing his balanced flavors to the Blow Out!
As always, Brooklyn Brewery will be on hand to supply suds for sipping and Food Republic to keeps us up to date on all of the food news you need to know. Nicky Digital will be snapping photos as Alex Lemonade will be keeping the vibe delicious on the decks.
Veg option will be assorted smoked mushrooms over sushi rice and inari- marinated fried tofu skin sushi.
