About this event
Bananas & Caviar is a high concept pop up from two long time food and beverage veterans. Join Head Chef Chris Sullivan, most recently from Ever ( Chicago, 2 Michelin Stars), and Master Mixologist Brendan Marc, Owner of Shaken & Stirred Mixology, for a fine dining experience like no other. Chef Sullivan will walk diners through an 8 course tasting menu highlighting extraordinary ingredients with his expert technique and through his modern lens. These elevated plates will be paired with modern cocktails meant to accentuate each dish and add depth and intrigue to each course. This is an absolute must for local foodies and drink enthusiasts.
*This dinner is a single seating and diners are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early as we will begin service promptly at 6:30 pm. No Substitutions may be made to any course and those with dietary restrictions will not be able to be accomodated.
