Description

Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network, TheArcNM, and the Balloon Museum are sponsoring a Balloon Rally for individuals with special needs. The Balloon Rally will have 10-13 balloons inflate and tether to allow participants to crew and tether. The event includes vendors, resource fair, and entertainment. It is free to the public.

ABQ Involved's team of volunteers will crew, set-up, greet, and clean-up for the event. Children are welcome.

The Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower individuals with Down syndrome and their families through advocacy, education, and support. RGDSN is a collaborative network that seeks to create awareness, assure inclusion, and promote independence in individuals with Down Syndrome.

The Arc New Mexico promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
