The nation's premier Mexican folk dance company, Ballet Folklórico de Los Angeles, will demonstrate their artistry with a variety of dances accompanied by mariachi musicians. Don't miss this exciting and colorful dance presentation for the whole family! Ballet Folklórico has performed in world-class venues such as the Nokia Theater, Greek Theater, Santa Barbara Bowl, and the Staples Center. They have been accompanied by various mariachi bands including Grammy Award-winning Mariachi Los Camperos, Mariachi Nuevo Tecalitlan, and world-famous Mariachi Vargas. This amazing dance troupe is also the first folklórico company in the country to accompany a symphony.
Reservation Policy for “LA Made” Programs:
As all “LA Made” programs at Central Library are free of charge, it is our policy to overbook. In the case of a FULL program, your free reservation may not guarantee admission. We recommend arriving early. Space permitting, unclaimed reservations will be released to standby patrons at approximately 1:45 p.m.
Standby Policy:
There is no advance waitlist for full programs. Standby patrons will be admitted subject to availability on a first-come, first-served, basis.
