Join URBAN RADISH for the first of many pop-up dinners, featuring renowned chefs, preparing delicious meals, meant for cooking in your own kitchen!
The evening consists of a casual family-style dinner with dishes inspired by chef and author Einat Admony's Israeli heritage (Yemenite and Persian), seamlessly blended with the fresh, sophisticated Mediterranean palate she honed while working in some of New York City’s most beloved kitchens.
The price of your ticket includes a signed copy of her newly released cookbook, BALABOOSTA after her famous NYC restaurant. In URBAN RADISH's state of the art kitchen, and using ingredients found on our grocery shelves, Chef Admony will prepare delicious selections all from her cookbook. Experience the tastes of her Mom's recipe for Chicken with Pomegranate and Walnuts, Tangy Tabbouleh Salad, Hummus, Zucchini Patties, Herbed Meat Kebabs with Roasted Pepper Tahini, Lentil & Feta Salad, Root Veggie Chips and more! Also paired with the meal, will be select Israeli wines from the Calavanti Winery further enhancing your dining experience.
About Chef Einat Admony
Einat Admony is a 21st-century balaboosta (Yiddish for “perfect housewife”). She’s a mother and wife, but also a chef busy running three bustling New York City restaurants, most notably, Balaboosta. Her debut cookbook features 140 of the recipes she cooks for the people she loves—her children, her husband, and the many friends she regularly entertains.
