UPANDRUNNING’s Neasa Barry and Renée Knowles are specialists in women’s health and their next talk for moms will be on ‘Balancing your baby body – safe exercise, the pelvic floor and more’ this October.

Physiotherapist’s Neasa Barry and Renee Knowles will discuss the body changes that occur in pregnancy and the post natal period, the importance of the core and pelvic floor and how to train this system, how to exercise safely during this time and tummy muscle separation rehabilitation. It is their goal for every woman to enjoy optimal physical well being during pregnancy and the post natal period.

Neasa and Renee are highly qualified Women’s Health and Pelvic floor specialist physiotherapists from Up and Running. They specialise in the rehabilitation of pregnant and post-natal women with pain issues, diastasis and pelvic floor disorders. They utilise their training in clinical Pilates and sports rehabilitation to optimize whole body function and prescribe safe exercise during this time.
