Balance & Fall Prevention Workshop (4-week course)

Roughly 40% of all nursing home admissions are due to a fall and if you or someone you know has issues with balance and/or falling, this workshop may help reduce that risk. Not all falls can be prevented, however, there are simple things you can do to prevent one. All participants receive a free balance screening.
