Yoga at Pro Re Nata Farm Brewery, Taught by Maggie Robertson
Cost: $15 (Includes Class Instruction + $5 Voucher to Pro Re Nata)
Come enjoy a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, suitable for beginners and experienced Yogis. Follow it up with a beer, lunch at Little John's Food Truck, or peruse the on-site Farmers Market. Classes will take place every Sunday from 11AM-12PM, weather permitting, on the outdoor patio behind Pro Re Nata (being built as we speak!).

About Your Yoga Instructor, Maggie Robertson:
Maggie has been practicing Yoga both in and out of a studio setting for several years. She loves the feel of community that a Yoga studio can offer as well as the refreshing feeling of practicing outside in nature. What could be better than combining the two, and adding an adult beverage?! Maggie teaches a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. She emphasizes strength + flexibility as well as relaxation + mindfulness in a class that is appropriate for both beginners and experienced Yogis. Maggie is a graduate of the 200 hour teacher training in York, Pennsylvania with Evolution Power Yoga. Maggie has a background as an occupational therapist, working with both the adult population and pediatric population, after graduating with her masters from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also a health and fitness coach as an avenue, along with Yoga, to help people find their healthiest and happiest selves.
