Baking with Summer Fruit

Now is the time to perfect your pie dough, or whip up a quick crisp or cobbler, and make some jam with the bounty of summer stone fruits and berries.
In this hands on class, you will make your own pie dough, fill it with the fruit filling of your choice, and take this 4 inch pie home to bake later at your convenience.
Meanwhile, we will make jam for our fruit cobbler, learn the difference between pie and tart dough and make a galette, which we will enjoy with freshly whipped cream.
All equipment and aprons will be provided for use during the class.
Class starts promptly at start time.
As we will be cooking, closed toed shoes are required.
No one under the age of 21.
