Baking Class: Savory Baking

The perfect class for those who enjoy baking but do not have a sweet tooth! In our hands-on Savory Baking class, students will transfer the science and technique of baking to make pastry-style treats with a savory twist. Here's a few favorites that will be featured:
- Veggie Turnovers
Skills covered: making scones; making and working with choux pastry; layering and piping puffed pastry; incorporating savory ingredients with pastry dough, exploring flavor combinations.
About the teacher: Kelly Dull has worked at multiple bakeries and restaurants around the country, including Magnolia Bakery in Chicago and North Bakery in Providence, R.I. She has also taught a variety of pastry classes for Sur La Table in Illinois.
Refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
