Learn how to identify anxiety and practice presence and grounding techniques to calm those anxious moments while making English muffins.

About this Event

Heart racing, sweaty palms, racing thoughts...Did you just take a hit of espresso or is that your anxiety getting the best of you again? Like stress, anxiety is a common human experience, but it doesn’t have to be for you! In this experiential workshop, we’ll be learning about identifying your anxiety, acknowledging it for what it is, and practicing grounding techniques that you can use in your daily life to release it from your being. We’ll also have fun learning how to make English Muffins* and practice being in the moment, in the kitchen, right here, right now.
