This Bakersfield Manager Food Safety Workshop will prepare you to take the Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. Only ANSI accredited material and examination meeting state requirements are provided for both CA and NV.
The Workshop includes the instructional class and an examination. The instructional class may be done either in person, at our classroom location, or online, at your own location. The examination, may be taken electronically (online) or on paper (scantron) but cannot be taken without a proctor present. If you choose the online class, you will still need to come to our location for the exam. Please arrive at 2:20 for the exam.
Exam results are instant and proof of passing score is available the same day, with the electronic exam version. Pen and paper exams may take 3 weeks to process. Allow 8-10 hours for the online class. Registration for online class up to three days before the exam date. Online class can be done over the course of a one month period and does not have to be completed all on one sitting but needs to completed by the exam date you are registering for.
The Bakersfield Manager Food Safety workshop in Kern County runs from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch break. THIS IS FOR BOTH CA AND NV FOOD MANAGERS.
