Pi Day - the annual celebration of the mathematical constant π (pi)...
observed by EATING LOTS OF PIE!
Jenna Huntsberger, Founder of Whisked by Jenna, will lead us through baking incredible pies with her signature crust.
Note: We are offering TWO SESSIONS for this class.
3.13 (the night before Pi Day) so that you can take your pie to work/school/wherever on Pi Day
OR
3.14 (actual Pi Day).
What to Expect:
In this hands-on baking class, learn tips and tricks for easy homemade pie with the team from Whisked in our industrial kitchen. Jenna will demonstrate how to make the dough by hand and successfully roll it out, show you what "par-baking" and "blind-baking" a crust means, and also how to crimp the edges to make your pies look beautiful. Each guest will roll their own dough, fill their own pie, and decorate to take home just in time for π Day!
Don't worry - you won't go home hungry, either! Dinner from Cocolita will also be provided.
TWO NIGHTS ONLY! Reserve your spot for either the day before Pi Day (you will definitely be the favorite coworker If you bring in pie on 3.14) or make pies on actual Pi Day with us!
