The Baja California Culinary Fest aims to be the breakpoint of an annual international festival that allows to project Baja California as an important gastronomic destination. The goal is to establish Baja California's cuisine as a world-class innovative proposal that brings a positive economic impact through increasing high-quality tourism while improving the image of the region.
