Blending the precision and mastery of baroque string ensembles with powerful, danceable folk rhythms, Väsen brings the best of both worlds to the Tinder Hearth barn. In the 1600s continental court musicians traveled frequently to play dances in Swedish manor houses and dance halls, inspiring the powerful blend of classical and folk that this world-famous touring group has mastered.
