Preserving and Protecting the Health of the Brain

Maintaining the integrity of our cognitive function is a concern for most people. The thought of losing memory or suffering with dementia is a frightening prospect. While not much can be done to actually reverse accelerated neurodegenerative conditions, there are things to help slow that process and support those experiencing degeneration. Most importantly, there is plenty that can be accomplished in helping to prevent neurological deterioration in the first place.

If you have a brain, this seminar is for you! We are going to address the root causes of poor brain health and identify the primary factors of underlying inflammation. By identifying these factors, you can protect your brain and the brain of your patients. You will learn how to interpret basic lab data to consider the risk of poor brain health, as well as simple-to-implement nutritional protocols to support the integrity of neurological health.

Main Health Topics to be Discussed

  • Know how to identify those at high-risk years before symptoms begin
  • Simple lifestyle changes to incorporate each day to maintain a healthy brain
  • Techniques to use to keep your mind and memory sharp
  • Nutritional protocols that can easily be used with your patients as part of their overall wellness program
  • Become familiar with key tests and assessments that can be easily checked with your patients and family
