Bad Bosses:

Effect on Worker Health

Workplaces can be stressful enough without employers refusing to treat workers as human beings. Unfortunately, that lack of recognition happens quite frequently, especially with low wage workers. Studies show that this mistreatment goes beyond a daily inconvenience or discomfort to workers; but it also affects workers’ health. One example is when employers do not recognize that workers have families and ignore the needs this presents to the worker.  This forum will discuss bad boss issues as well as ways to combat them.
