Join us in Saddle River, NJ for the ultimate self-care Saturday: a mini-retreat to help you feel nourished in your mind, body and soul.

About this Event

Summer means freedom, memories, family time, relaxed bedtimes and simple meals. It’s AH-MAZING.

It’s also intense. And often, there’s STILL no time for you.

Each year follows a similar cycle. By the end of summer you’re craving a routine, someone else to occupy your kids and, more than anything, time to yourself.

And you promise yourself that as soon as the kids are back in a routine, you’ll take time for yourself. You’ll slow down and catch your breath. It will finally be your turn.

But then, September rolls around with new obligations, a quicker pace, meetings, sports schedules, etc. and that “me time” never seems to happen. Before you know it, you’re in the thick of fall and then the holidays, and by then you’ll have gone yet another year on the back burner of your life, feeling completely burned out.

If you’re ever going to have the time and space you so desperately crave, you’re going to have to consciously commit to it and make it happen.

Join me on Saturday, October 5th for Back to School, Back to YOU, an in-person mini-retreat to help you feel nourished in your mind, body and soul.

This mini-retreat will help you:

  • Create time and space just for you to slow down, tune-in and hear your own voice without distraction, disruption, multi-tasking (or anyone yelling mooooommyyyyyyyy) so you can get clear about what you really need and want in your life.
  • Develop sustainable self-care habits so you can continue to be the mama your family deserves.
  • Deepen into receiving - without having to do or owe anything to anyone.
  • Experience soulful connection with a sisterhood of incredible, non-judgmental mamas, and have conversations that don’t revolve around pickup schedules.

It’s time to take a step back and make sure the way you’re showing up as a mother is serving you and your family the way you intend it to be.

This special self-care Saturday is a way for you to feel restored and rejuvenated, because I know how important it is and because I know, firsthand, that it will never just happen unless you’re willing to take a stand for yourself.
