The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Babypalooza Baby & Maternity expo is the biggest expo for new, expectant, and hopeful parents in the south. Scheduled for Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center. a health and education expo filled with fun and excitement. You will be connected to the local resources you need PLUS have the opportunity to visit with baby and maternity exhibitors, learn about new products at the Babies-r-Us Baby Registry, speak to childcare providers, visit with pediatricians, and much more.
