7:30 a.m - Registration will open/packet pick up
7:45 a.m - Warm Up by SOLDIERFIT
8:00 a.m - 5k Timed Run REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR TIMED RACE
(The route will be around the lake path at the RIO)
8:45 a.m - Warm Up by SOLDIERFIT
9:00 a.m - Start of the fun run/walk 5k and 1 Mile course (Strollers and Kids are welcome!)

Register now! After August 15th, registration will increase to $40.00 per participant over 13 years of age.
T-Shirts will be provided to all pre-registered runners (By August 15th). Those registering on race day will receive shirts on a first-come first-serve basis.
