The Baby Bump Expo NW is the biggest and best baby and maternity expo in the entire Pacific Northwest! At the big event with over 50,000 square feet of booths and fun featured areas, you will find the best in baby product merchandisers, baby boutiques, doulas, baby photographers, service providers, educational opportunities, and all things maternity and baby! Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Anyone over the age of 12 is required to have a ticket. Children under the age of 12 can gain general admission for free. All VIP attendees must have a ticket (infants12 months and under permitted).
Can I bring my toddler to the VIP Brunch and Fashion Show?
While we have a few fun spots for toddlers in our exhibit hall during the show from 11 AM - 3 PM, we do not encourage toddlers or young children at the VIP portion of the event. This is a special time for new and expectant parents to indulge in an exclusive event. Each seat must have a ticket, as each attendee receives a plated breakfast. Small infants (12 months and under), will be permitted, however seating wil not be available for them.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Outside food is not permitted at the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center, with the exception of baby food/bottles. Strollers and infant carriers are welcome!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
We do not check names for general admission, so your ticket can be given to another person. For VIP transfers, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Unless you have a Couples VIP Ticket (which admits two), one ticket will be required be entry.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, feel free to update your information at any time.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either bring a printed ticket or show a digital copy of your ticket from your hand-held device. If you do not have a ticket or digital ticket with you, you can go to our info/concierge desk near the ticket sales booth to look up your registration by name (you may experience extra lines in this scenario).
What is the refund policy?
While tickets are non-refundable, you may transfer your ticket to another person. For VIP tickets, please contact us for transferring your seat(s). email@example.com
