We live in an age of doing and busyness. This constant busyness often affects our ability to lead healthy and happy lives at work and at home. Stress can damage our physical and emotional well being, our relationships, and our productivity. Just as we all have stress, we have all learned how to manage our stress. In this workshop learn how to manage stress better, tap into what makes us feel good about our work, walk away with tools in how to create more balance and happiness at work and in our lives.

About Carley Hauck
Carley is the President of Intuitive Wellness and works as an integrative life coach and wellness consultant with individuals and organizations. She holds a Masters Degree in health psychology and has backgrounds in yoga, meditation, coaching, nutrition, and psychotherapy. Carley teaches mindfulness as the first step to wellness. Carley is the lead mindfulness consultant for ongoing research at UCSF’s Osher Center for Integrative Medicine observing the long term benefits of mindfulness on weight loss and stress reduction.
