Are you concerned about whether you are hiring the best salespeople for your tech company? Is it hard to know how to assess the sales candidates in your recruitment approach?

If you’re a CEO or Co-Founder of a Tech Startup, there’s a real need to hire great people early on at your tech company.

We are hosting a workshop to cover this particular problem. This is not a lecture, it’s a workshop, i.e. we are going to give you some tried and tested systems, processes and practices used in selecting B2B salespeople.

11.15: Close - networking and further questions to the SFS team.

You’ll be working alongside other Tech Founders to review your own hiring process and identifying corrections you want to make and finding out best practices from other CEOs and what are some of the solutions they’ve found to be effective.

We'll discuss what effect a great hiring model can have on your business and how you can practically apply them. A closing discussion about what's important for a tech company to grow its sales culture and hiring model too. This will enable all who have participated to leave with a sense of clarity and inspiration to take forward their key learns. Workshop materials will be provided and can be taken away with you as guides for growing your tech business.
