You got the lead, now it's time to set that appointment and open the partnership!

You’re a modern sales team. You have customer success stories. You have data + analytics. How are you using stories and facts to build new partnerships and extend your value to existing customers?

Introducing a modern and fresh take on pre-sales. We believe that creating value through selling is a noble profession. Sales demands a lot and you deserve a playful and engaging workshop to reenergise you.

You can choose to follow one of the 2-hour courses to sharpen your skills. If you really want an immersion in what’s possible, follow the full 6-hour power workshop (10-18:00 with breaks). Anyone attending the workshop is invited to join us + other WeWork Creators for lunch at 12 for Dutch breads + spreads.

Tools

The Scale-Up Toolkit is based on the current realities of business and technology. Most business opportunities involve more than 6 decision-makers. We offer a new mindset and VAMP framework for establishing opportunities with new partners or expanding value with existing customers.

  • 10:00-12:00 Appointment Setting and Cold Calling: Be the hero who got it all started

    • Lean on 3 key principles for starting a conversation with a potential partner. This is not a script course - this is about human connection that sets you on a partnership journey.

  • 13:00-15:00 Qualifying Leads (VA): Gather insight on the fly and quickly build momentum or move on

    • Learn our qualification framework and 50% of our VAMP framework; this is a course to go confidently into any situation (and to know when to run)

  • 16:00-18:00 Turning Leads into Deals (MP): Build the frontend with engaging meetings and demos

    • Learn the other 50% of our VAMP framework; learn how to listen for a true "mobilizer" and how to set a plan for sales

Results

Using this approach, individuals practice creating partnerships that align to corporate purpose. You will have tools to start a powerful customer experience, evaluate customer-value fit, and set a clear growth journey. Long-term practice with these tools includes personal and corporate growth. Immediate results are better market alignment, lead conversion, and buyer experience.

Our self assessment is a proprietary tool and must be licensed Scale-Up Coach if you wish to conduct it for your organization or with clients.
