Event Details

A few seats remaining.
Come and join us to be transformed for good.

The B1G1 Study Tour is happening in January 2017; returning to our favourite destination, Siem Reap, Cambodia.

It's a life-changing tour you will remember forever. And it's ONLY for B1G1 Business Members, Partners and their team and family members. To see how life-changing it actually is, just spend 2 minutes watching this video.

B1G1 Study Tours:
Life-Changing Journey for Good

Since we started the first boutique tour in 2011, B1G1 Study Tours are gradually becoming bigger, attracting many repeat participants who cannot get over the fact that there is nothing like these unique experiences to be part of annually.

Again, it's life-changing in so many ways.

Each B1G1 Study Tour can only accommodate up to 30 guests. And all the tickets were sold out immediately but we are now releasing 6 more seats because of recent cancellations (sadly, unexpected issues came up for them). We are keeping the early-bird rate for you.

So, please do make sure to register quickly if you want to secure your place on this tour

  1. Register right away — Please contact us if you have any questions.
  2. If the ticket is showing the fully booked status, please register to be on the Waiting List because there is still a chance that you can join (If there is extra space we will let you know by 31 October 2016)
  3. Download the brochure below, get a greater sense of everything we accomplish together.

Some questions you may have:

If I reserve my seat now, when do I need to confirm my participation by?

Since there are so many people who are interested in this tour, we need to ask all registrants to confirm their participation by 20 September. Cancellation before the 20th September can be refunded fully, so please go ahead and reserve your seat(s) now. Even if you can only register to be on the Waiting List, you still have the chance to be on the tour. The final participant list will be confirmed on the 1st of October.

What is the cost and what's included in the tour fee

The full cost of this tour is USD 2,380 (USD 1780 for youth ticket) per person. But if you register by 30 August and settle the full payment by 30 Sep 2016, you can get the early bird ticket for USD 1,980 (USD 1580 for youth ticket). The deposit you pay upon initial registration is put towards the payment. Please download the tour brochure to find out what's included in the tour package.

What is the cancellation term?

Any amount you pay towards the deposit or towards the ticket is fully refundable until 20th September 2016. Cancellation after this date may incur some expenses (and the space you give up is unlikely to be filled by another guest beyond this point), so we may use the deposit to cover these expenses and forward any remaining amount to the B1G1 projects we are visiting during this tour. In case of cancellation closer to the date of the tour, we will try our best to refund all recoverable funds to you, however, the amount we can refund will vary depending on the time of cancellation.

Can I bring my children?

Family members of B1G1 Members and Partners are welcome to join us on the tour. However, the minimum age requirement is 12 years old because the B1G1 Study Tour schedule contain activities that may not be always be the best for small children. If you want to involve young children, you might want to consider attending B1G1 Business for Good Conference instead (next event is yet to be confirmed).

Where are other participants coming from?

Many of the participants come from a wide range of B1G1 Businesses based in different countries. It's a great opportunity to connect with like-minded people from around the world.

I've never been to Cambodia. Is it safe?

Siem Reap is one of our favourite destinations because of the great environment, unique culture, amazing historical sites, beautiful people, great food... While it will be a very different experience from travelling in your own country, you will find it quite comfortable to be in Siem Reap since the city has a great infrastructure to accommodate international tourists.

Which B1G1 Projects are we visiting during the tour?

We will be releasing more information later about this and the whole itinerary of the tour. For now, you can look at the projects listed on the B1G1 project list because we will be visiting many of those projects during our time in Cambodia.

Is it ok for me to bring some gifts to give to the children we are visiting?

Any contributions that are made to various projects during the tour will be facilitated by our Worthy Cause Partner organisations carefully. We understand that some of the tourist activities (giving gifts and donations, visiting orphanages etc.) in Cambodia have created greater risk to the wellbeing of the local children in recent years. So, if you wish to make extra donations or give specific gifts, you are very welcome to enquire with the B1G1 Team first so that we can together find the most effective and empowering way to direct your gifts. We are so grateful for your care and generosity. Thank you!

All of us in the team are so looking forward to welcoming you. We know this is a life-changing tour. We are looking forward to sharing it with you.

Reserve your seat now by scrolling up, completing the online form and sending us your details.

B1G1: Business for Good

B1G1 exists because businesses have the power to change lives. Simple as that.

So together with B1G1, business owners and their teams make giving a habit by linking their products and services to hundreds of high-impact projects around the world through the magic of B1G1 transaction-based giving. We call it 'embedding giving'.

And it's happening right now, every second, every day and in every way.

So the coffee shop is able to say, ‘Every time you buy our coffee, a child gets access to water’; every time a book gets sold, a tree gets planted; the recruitment company educates kids each time a candidate is placed.

With B1G1 the possibilities are endless, the impact is huge. And it’s so easy to be a part of:
