The Barracuda Web Application Firewall provides superior protection against data loss, application-layer DDoS, and known and previously unknown zero day application-layer attack modalities. As new types of threats emerge, the Barracuda Web Application Firewall will acquire new capabilities to block them. These definitions are automatically updated and will “virtually patch” automatically on units in the field, ensuring the highest security posture for critical applications at all times. This greatly reduces the time between vulnerability disclosure and vulnerability patching.
With Commvault software and Microsoft Azure, it is easier than ever to integrate Azure storage and compute. Commvault can use Azure storage and move your targeted production workloads to Azure, protect, archive and index the data from these workloads once there and maintain the level of access you are used to having when on-premises. This joint solution also opens up new use cases for Azure and makes connecting on-premises and cloud data management efficient and simple — enabling a single pane of glass data management solution (Commvault), fully leveraging the Azure infrastructure. This includes off-site global deduplicated copies of data, long-term retention, compliance and search. By choosing to deploy Commvault software with Azure compute and Azure storage, your organization can gain efficiencies, be more agile, open up new ways to search and access information, and ensure that your data is secure in the event of an on-premises failure or disaster. Commvault and Microsoft will include "Best Practices" discussion learned from years of joint usage of each other's technology while showing live demonstrations of Commvault with Azure.
