The Arizona Center for Divorce Education provides a free seminar on the process of divorce and how to protect yourself against potential pitfalls due to lack of knowledge of the divorce process. The free seminar titled, "The Rules of Divorce," addresses the key areas of divorce. Information covered includes what to do before you file, pitfalls to avoid, dividing assets and debts fairly, how to handle retirement accounts, determining child support, tips for a good parenting plan, and guidelines for spousal maintenance. The seminar is presented by Family Law Attorney, Cody Hayes; and Family Law Mediator, Paul Jozef.
