Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable.

The organiser (AWWWARDS) reserves the right to modify the program and speakers or cancel the event at any time without notice. In case of cancellation of the event all all attendees will be notified via email and ticket purchases will be refunded in full.

All delegates are responsible for printing out their own ticket confirmation before arriving at the event venue. All delegates must provide ID upon registration.

The organiser reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person, or reject any person from the event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by the organisers' staff and/or their agents and others working under their authority.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for the availability of presentation decks. Presentation decks will remain the property of individual speakers, the availability of presentation decks is not guaranteed and access may or may not be granted by individual speakers and their organisations.

In registering to the event, delegates grant permission to the organiser and others working under their authority, to take and to have full and free use of video and/or photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood that these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by the organiser. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from the organiser in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, the organiser and its agents/partners from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the video and/or photographs.

Delegates agree to be contacted via email, SMS or other means for the purpose of sharing information and updates related to this event. By accepting these terms and conditions, the attendee agrees to give permission to the conference sponsors to send them future email communications.

Delegates enter the event venue at their own risk. The organiser will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury occurring at the venue and/or on the day of the event.

Delegates are not allowed to either partially or fully audio or video record speaker presentations. To request special permission, contact the organiser in writing.

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less applicable fees.

Purchase of the ticket or registration to the event is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The organiser may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variations become effective on posting.
