In the fourth virtual meeting in this series, expert rheumatologists focus on approaches to improve shared decision-making with diverse rheumatology patients. Tactics such as asking the right questions, actively listening, and empathizing with patients will be examined. The faculty will underscore the importance of education and counseling to improve health literacy and communication.This CME session will take place during a live/virtual AWIR Summit in Austin, TX.

This CME session will take place during an AWIR Summit where Rheumatologists will have an opportunity to attend other educational sessions, receive CME, share best practices, and network with their peers.
