What's the refund policy? NO REFUNDS after April 15,2017
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes you may transfer your ticket to another attendee if you are unable to attend. An official transfer must be completed by contacting the event organizer. Attendee accepting the transfer must have a ticket for entry to conference.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
The printed ticket is preffered, however electronic tickets will be accepted. Please confirm you have access to your electronic ticket prior to presenting to the registration desk.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No the person attending the conference should match the name of the ticket.
