Managing Stress & Anxiety

Sometimes how we think triggers reactions in the body that we cannot manage or control, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stressed. Learning how to control our thoughts and their effects on us, realising the scenarios we run thru our minds are turning into uncontrollable nightmares, even when they are not is the key to reducing the impact of stress & anxiety. The workshops aim is to help you identify where your worrying thoughts come from, to realise when you are thinking unhelpful thoughts most of which leads to negative stories being played thru your mind.

This 4 session programme begins on Wednesday 4th September, continuing 11th September, then returning 2nd October & 9th October. These sessions will explore mindfulness, self realisation and relaxation techniques that allows you to fully open your own stress & anxiety management processes. You will meet other people who feel the same way...knowing you are not alone!!! This workshop will be running in connection with our partners at Ayrshire Mind Body & Spirit.

The workshop costs £25 for the 4 sessions and includes tea/coffee & cake as well as a relaxing 15 min reiki or hand reflexology session...opening your mind to creating calmness in often busy, hectic and stressful lives
