This session explores the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita in relation to our lives on the path of yoga and the cultivation of deeper levels of awareness that allow us to become more aligned with our inner guidance, our goals and dreams.
Explore powerful practices to move through blocks and increase awareness, presence and magnetism. This workshop includes a 90 min practice followed by a short break and then a 2 hour workshop.
