Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

This is a 21+ please bring your vaild state issued ID or Passport.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is a parking lots at the following locations:

• 1 S Van Ness Ave, San Francisco, CA ‎

• 255 12th St San Francisco, CA 94103‎

• Valet maybe available for $30 per vehicle

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes up to 24 before the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No but it would help speed the process in getting you through the line.

What is the refund policy?

All Sales Final - Unless in the in the event of this promotion being canceled, or recheduled.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The ticker purchaser needs to be present and only one person will be amitted per ticket purchased.
