About the Seminar:

Growing any small business means doing a lot of things right. However, growing a sustainable, healthy and viable business also requires avoiding certain mistakes that can undermine everything you’re working so hard to build.

Through the use of six thought-provoking video vignettes, this seminar will explore some real life scenarios that will get you to ask yourself, “What if that happened to me?”

This is a seminar that takes you behind the scenes of some very real challenges that businesses face everyday. The interactive format will allow you to gain insight from a team of experienced, highly qualified, business professionals. Participants will be able to see for themselves what can happen when business owners fail to listen, act, and communicate.

Every business owner will be able to relate to the six areas that will be highlighted. Topics include:
- “I know what my business is worth”
- “I’m too busy running the company”
- “That’ll never happen to me”
- “There’s plenty of time for that”
- “My business is my retirement”
- “You can’t beat Uncle Sam”

About the Presenter:

The Small Business Team consists of financial advisors, business attorneys and CPAs. Combined, they have more than a century of experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs.
