Prior to launching Worldleaders, Karen was a Vice President at Ciber, an international Information Technology consulting firm.

Mary Whittier led the development and formation of Bivona Child Advocacy Center. Mary has worked with children and families for more than 30 years. Her experience includes work at Hillside Children’s Center, Monroe County Child Protective Services and Golisano Children’s Hospital. Mary holds a BSW from Buffalo State College and LMSW from the University of Buffalo. She serves on the Board of Directors of the New York State Chapter of the National Children’s Alliance, the Rochester Police Department Foundation and is a member of the Council of Agency Executives.
