Overview

Train like a Pro with Anthony Dixon

Got a competitive student-athlete who wants to develop their strength, skills, mindset and discipline? AVAC’s new program, Trim Elite University, is just for them!

Led by former pro football player Anthony Dixon, the program offers athletes a rare opportunity to train with a pro and learn firsthand what it takes to succeed in competitive and collegiate-level sports.

Dixon played professionally for the San Francisco 49ers and the Buffalo Bills NFL teams. At the collegiate level, he set multiple school rushing records for Mississippi State University.

Each week will focus on a key area of athletic development, with additional guidance on proper nutrition and mental preparation included throughout the program to develop well-rounded athletes.
