Description

AUX Bar welcomes Chef Ricardo Fernandez oroginally from Buenos Aires Argentina and of the former Lomo Grill. Join Chefs Steve Goff and Mike Moore along with Chef Ricardo Fernandez for an authentic coursed Argentine menu and wine pairing. Seats are limited. Event is fair weather contingent. Additional wine and cocktails will be available. Gratuity is not included.

First Course
Argentine Empanadas de Lomo
Authentic Argentinian Empanadas stuffed with Beef, Onions, Cumin, Boiled Egg, Crushed Red Pepper, Fresh Parsley, and Castelvetrano Olives.

Second Course
Provoleta a la Parrilla
Wood grilled Italian aged Provolone topped with Argentine Oregano, Crushed Red Peppers and Olive Oil on wood grilled Ciabatta Toast.

Third Course
Churrasco Salad con Salsa Criolla
Wood grilled Wagyu Flank Steak with Chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Sweet Peppers, Oregano, and Red Wine Vinaigrette with a Salad of Local Fresh Greens.

Fourth Course
Curanto en Olla
Authentic Argentinian cauldron fired stew of smoked mussels, white fish, potatoes, chorizo sausage and served with hand made Milcao and Chicharonnes.

Fifth Course
Panqueques de Banana con Dulce de Leche y Helado
French Crepes stuffed with ripe Bananas and Dulce de Leche, Caramelized Sugar and Ultimate vanilla ice cream
