Description

A succulent farm-to-table dinner at Beech Springs Farm on September 11 will feature the culinary skills of guest chef Taylor Davis. Born in Southern California but raised in Shrewsbury, PA. as the Executive Chef for Tutoni's Restaurant in York, PA, Taylor takes pride in Tutoni’s farm-to-table concept and wants people to feel the connection from the food he helps prepare. His favorite thing about working at Tutoni's is helping build a relationship between their customers and the local farms and farmers. Creating food is one of Chef Taylor's big passions, and he loves that simple food can bring so much joy.

The dinner will be designed around the seasonal produce grown at Beech Springs with drink pairings from Halbrendt Winery and the smooth jazz sounds of singer Kerensa Gray. Dinner will be seved in the farm's historic 1867 bank barn and guests are invited to stroll the gardens.
