Event description

Description

Join Wild Wellness Guide for an Autumn Immersion, Forest Therapy Walk at Lithia Park. We'll immerse in the spectacular beauty and experience the change of seasons. Through facilitation, we'll drop into our sensory body and connect with The More Than Human World, with a series of sensory "Invitations." We'll slow way down and step into "liminal" space, leaving our normal sense of time and orientation towards "doing" behind. We'll connect in a new way with the land, ourselves and others as we unplug, rest and renew. We end with a wild foraged tea ceremony.

* Cost: Suggested Sliding Scale Donation $20-$40 Per Person.

"The Forest is the Therapist; The Guide Opens the Door."

A very recent review of forest bathing with Sari:

"Forest bathing was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Being a nature lover already, I assumed I had a good idea of what forest bathing would entail, but I was so wrong. Sari’s guidance was so refreshing. She educates on the process, but encourages everyone to have their own experience and follow their body. Her gentle demeanor adds to the whole experience. I find only calm, being in her presence. The practice was relaxing, eye-opening and cleansing; an absolute beautiful way to spend 3 hours. In closing, Sari set up a delightful tea ceremony and all the participants were able to further connect. I went in knowing no one and left feeling connected to everyone. I highly recommend forest bathing with Sari."
