Join Paige Nowak, in this special multi- level, flow yoga class to honor the Earth’s autumn equinox and restore balance of mind and body on the Green Roof at CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center or live streamed from your own home.
Explore themes of balance and celebrate the coming of a new season with this annual special event Yoga class! This earthy yoga flow outdoors on our rooftop greenspace will leave you feeling grounded, serene, and refreshed. Open to all levels.
Space is limited. Registration is required.

Class Location:
Anschutz Health and Wellness Center Green Roof (Weather permitting) or live stream via Zoom.
Class Cost:
FREE for members (Members sign up through the app or at the front desk)
$15 for non-members (In-person)
$10 for non-members (Virtual) *Virtual participants will receive a zoom link prior to the event.
All registration costs are non-refundable. Eventbrite ticketing fees apply. One ticket per participant.
Parking:
The nearest visitor parking lots are Snowmass and Monte Vista. Visitor parking is $1/hour (via lot pay stations).
