This healing & nourishing Autumn Equinox Day Retreat is intended to help you Connect with your Higher Self, Ground, Expand your Consciousness and Open more to the Love that is your Essence. Fully open your Heart, aided by Cacao & the Ceremonial Space, so that you may Flow into Autumn more anchored in your Heart Light, letting go of all energies that no longer serve. Take time out to nourish, heal, get clarity, reset and nurture yourself. Set powerful Intentions & welcome in the Magic of Autumn! The more you anchor in the Truth of your Heart, the more you open up to a life of greater Joy, Clarity, Love & Grace.

The auspicious Autumn Equinox in the northern hemisphere, is a potent time to welcome inner Balance. The Equinox is a time of equal hours of night and day & brings powerful energies of Balance and high vibration energies to shift your consciousness. (In the southern hemisphere the Equinox brings the start of Spring). At this time, where the veil between dimensions is said to be thinner, you can amplify your powers of dreaming & manifestation and sow fertile Seeds for the new chapter that is to unfold as you flow into a nourishing aligned Autumn season.

This Retreat is intended to help you magnetise the powerful energies of Balance, so you may cultivate Balance in all areas of your life & to help support you to manifest your Dreams and Visions this Autumn. It is a Blessing to gathering in sacred Ceremony at this auspicious time. This Retreat is also an opportunity to reflect upon the fruits of the Summer and to consciously transition from Summer to Autumn, aligning with the cycles of Nature. Fully letting go of the yang activity of Summer & surrendering into the nourishing yin energy of Autumn, full of infinite possibilities.

Take time out to fully nourish, restore and nurture yourself and consciously transition into the new season of Autumn. This will be a deeply healing Retreat in a peaceful Sanctuary. A safe space to feel, embrace yourself as you are, release the old & welcome the Autumn in a sacred community of Heart souls. You can accelerate your spiritual growth by intentional inner journeying with like-minded souls in a Ceremonial space.

This will be an intimate Retreat in a safe and lovingly held space in a magical & intimate private location in South West London (the full address is revealed upon booking). The Fire Ceremony will be in our Healing Garden Sanctuary if the weather is dry, being held by Mother Earth. Otherwise inside in our beautiful & magical private healing Temple space with our indoor fireplace.

Working with the Spirit of Cacao & Rose to open your Heart & boost your intentions. Cacao is a sacred ceremonial medicine used by the ancients in Southern and Central America for thousands of years, where it was seen as “a hotline to the Divine”. Cacao is a light and gentle plant medicine but it can also work more deeply on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Rose is also a gentle Heart opener & I love working with both Mama Cacao & Rose to support Heart Healing. In sacred circle with Mama Cacao & Rose, we'll receive a Heart & Light Body Activation & DNA upgrade, a Chakra Balancing & Divine Mother Healing & share our Intentions, in the spirit of Unity, Equality and Community, all Hearts’ joining as One.

We'll ground & gently move the body with some Movement Meditation to allow Mama Cacao to work her Magic in our bodies to move stagnant energy & open our Heart.

Our purifying, cleansing & releasing Fire Ceremony will support you to release any blocks & stagnant energy. And help activate the flames of your Heart, to open to more Love & Celebrate your Inner Light. The Fire Ceremony will be supported with the power of the sacred Drum & sacred vocal Sound- we will all open our voices & dance together in community! Open to more of your Inner Light as we Align with Autumn!

The Retreat ends with a nourishing mini Gong Bath of around 15 minutes to integrate, heal, soothe and wash away any lower energies.

Arrive on time to land & ground in the space, have a welcome herbal tea & connect with others. DOORS CLOSE 15 minutes after the start time. The sacred space will stay open after we end for those that want to connect more.

Magic happens in sacred ceremonial spaces. I would be honoured if you allowed me to guide you through this Retreat journey, back into the One Heart.

This is a small intimate Retreat so we can journey deep & my Ceremonies sell out, so book early to guarantee a spot!

Refund Policy: No refunds are possible unless we cancel the event, but you can transfer your ticket to a friend. If you develop corona virus symptoms, or are a close contact of someone that develops coronavirus in the past 10 days, and you cannot attend you can transfer your ticket to the next ceremony if you email me the morning of the Ceremony. If you are transferring your ticket to a friend please email frjavaid@gmail.com with the email address of your friend so that they can be sent the address + guidance.

GUIDANCE + WHAT TO BRING

☼ Avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 3 hours before the Cacao Ceremony starts and arrive hydrated

☼ Avoid caffeine & alcohol on the day of the Ceremony

☼ Try your best to avoid alcohol, caffeine or any other intoxicants for a few days prior

☼ A bottle of water.

☼ Wear something you are comfortable sitting in on the floor (a chair is available)

☼ A blanket for the Gong Bath

☼ Comfortable clothes to sit on the ground- we may be in the garden

☼ A drum, rattle or instrument for the Fire Ceremony

☼ Optional- bring an offering for the altar. Something special to you.

☼ If taking anti-depressants, please email frjavaid@gmail.com in advance of the ceremony as these can be impacted by the Cacao
