Now is your chance -- Professional Yoga Instructor Lauren Star and I are leading a group which will run for 5 days beginning December 5. It is a great time of year to reconnect with your body, ground yourself, and detoxify by eating natural foods! We will guide you through the 5-day cleanse and this clenase will set the groundwork for less cravings and a simpler diet into the future.
We'll have one preparatory phone meeting the week before cleansing begins, and two phone meetings during the week of the cleanse.
All meetings are by phone so you can attend from anywhere!
This is a whole-foods cleanse, so you shouldn't be hungry during the week. In the short term it'll make you feel great. In the long term, this cleanse sets you up for long-term changes in your diet and relationship to food.
