Embrace the season with gentle MERIDIAN YOGA and MINDFULNESS. Join us on this Sunday afternoon WORKSHOP, October 21st, and get your Survival Kit for the gloomy days to come!

Autumn is a time of change: the leaves fall from the trees and the weather signals a time of transformation. Energetically, we may experience some anxiety and lowered immunity.
This workshop is for everyone; no prior knowledge or yoga experience necessary.

After this 3-hours workshop, you will leave with practical tools and wisdom to:
** perform simple daily exercises that will keep your QI flowing,
** incorporate easy mindfulness techniques to soothe your nervous system
**boost your immunity & balance your hormones with simple recipes and a recommended ingredients list for your kitchen.

50% gentle movement (Korean meridian exercises) and 50% sharing knowledge +meditation

About us:

I am JOANNA, a psychologist and Certified Mindfulness Meditation & MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher. I am also a counsellor, trainer, stress reduction book author and blogger. I want to help you become more mindful, happy with your life and yourself!

I am WERA, a certified Zen Yoga and meditation teacher with a background in martial arts. I am also a practitioner of meridian and Korean yoga, as well as Qi Gong. I want to share my stress reduction knowledge with you, so that you can be more relaxed in your big city lives.
